Gambling Case Study || Push Traffic from RichAds

I took the gambling offer in a private affiliate program with Italy as a target GEO. With push ads, it’s possible to get high quality in top tier countries even if this traffic costs more than average so I used RichPush traffic to try.

Solution

I tested 6 different creative combinations, and in the end, there were 4 winning elements (icons and main images):

Targeting Options Applied

By OS: I exluded old OS as they were useless for this campaign.

By Browser: I included Chrome only as now it’s leading for all devices.

By Manufacturer: I didn’t include old and unpopular mobile devices if their capacity is too low.

Campaign Optimization

I created a rule with the parameters that auto blacklisted publishers which were eating up the budget and didn’t not convert. During the campaign, I then also blacked out a couple of whole subscriber lists on the advice of my AM.

Push notifications give very good response and engagement even with simple targeting but more precise target and optimization can minimize cost per lead. The format is new, so it is not blocked by ad blockers and there are no bots in it. So, I’ll definitely continue working with RichPush.
