With a total 7 years of experience in marketing, Anastasiya Kazakova started her career at RichAds as an account manager.
It took her two years to become the Head of Customer Success department, during which she could manage 100 clients simultaneously while educating the team and making plans for the whole department.
Anastasiya’s position as a Head of Customer Success wasn’t a long one, yet really prosperous for the company. She managed the team of 9 people, and changed the structure of the department, adding the support team to the account management for overall income boost.
In less than a year Anastasiya Kazakova got promoted and became a Chief Commercial Officer. This position was really a harsh yet rewarding one, she had to manage 6 teams that included 45 people in total. As a result of her work — 2023 made the company grow by 150%, pop ad format popularity increased by 3 times and the main directions of that year also had a three times boost!
The year of 2024 brought Anastasiya a really well-deserved position as a co-CEO, now she admits that she didn’t realize how challenging it would be, yet she managed to not only cope with it but also make this year a total success. In the first three months the company grew by 43%. Later that year RichAds launched 2 more related businesses, one is really fresh and promising, the other one paid off completely and brought a really good revenue, launched in the beginning of 2024.
What’s more, in 2024 RichAds launched an innovative format in the market, Telegram ads, and it was a complete success in terms of conversions. Moreover, the company opened the first media buying project that exceeded the expectations in terms of ROI! Anastasiya admits that 2024 was rich in projects, and despite the fact that not all of them paid off for RichAds, the company grew in the majority of directions and already has its focus for 2025.
